Concept
We experience time in fragments, based on different life experiences.
Perhaps because of our attachments and yearnings, times flow with meaning.
Nostalgia is a dome projection immersive animation displayed at the Future Vision Lab in 2022.This short film was made by a group with two people, where I served as the director and lead animator.
The work explores the question of how humans experience time, and aimed tomake viewers feel as if they were inside the cracks of time, experiencing time itself.

Idea
Everyone experiences time differently, which led me to question: "How do we experience time?"
I created a survey to gather insights from friends around me, and after consolidating the responses, I discovered:
We experience time through things that are constantly changing, growing, and fading away - finding movement in stillness, and permanence in transience.
